Herna is a lovely mix of many things, including but not limited to: a Yoga and Pilates instructor, an English and Drama teacher, an ex-primary school teacher, an animal lover and a lover of life. She is also single mother who is dedicated to raising a happy and healthy child.
While waiting for her friend at a shopping mall, she decided to walk into a yoga studio and on a whim, tried a Vinyasa Flow class. Yoga has helped her to become stronger; mentally, emotionally and physically after the trials in her life. Through her daily practice, she has challenged her own limits and hopes to encourage others to explore their limits and transform their lives for the better through Yoga.
1. Why should people come to The Yoga Co?
Yoga is for every BODY! Anyone can do Yoga. If you can breathe, then you can do Yoga. The Yoga Co is the perfect place for you to start your practice as working with the community is our primary focus! #Yocohana
2. What can you expect from my class?
Only lots of love and zero judgement in my class!
3. If you could be any animal, what would you be and why?
I’d be a wolf because they’re intelligent, loyal and always stick with their pack. (LIKE ME!)
4. What’s a dish you could eat everyday and not be sick of it?
Pasta; specifically Spaghetti Bolognese! I love Italian food and Italian men are the best looking guys on the planet. Hence, my hamsters are named Roberto and Paolo.
