What got you started?
I started Yoga in a bid to be stronger and more flexible for my Pole Dance routines. I quickly fell in love with Yoga and haven’t looked back since!

What else do you do?
Aside from Pole Dance, I used to run a lot. Did a half marathon before!

What do you love most about spreading the practice?
I love it most when I see my students progress in their own practice – becoming stronger or more flexible after coming to my classes regularly. Seeing their successes – when they achieve better alignment in poses, or stability when inverted fills my heart with so much joy!

If you were a fictional character, what would it be? /
The flash, I would love to be able to run super fast, to use my speed and help save people.

If you could have a super power, what would it be?
Time travel! I’ve always wondered what it was like to revisit and indulge in happy special moments or to possibly make changes to the not-so-great ones.

What’s your secret talent?
I play quite a number of musical instruments, which shall stay secret unless you get to know me 😉

Favourite Disney Movie?
I super love dogs so I can’t choose between 101 Dalmatians or Lady & The Tramp 😀

How has your workout complemented your life?
My yoga mat has been my “go-to” space, whenever life throws lemons at me. No matter how bad a day has gone, Yoga has never failed to save my day and never has never failed to make me happier and more at peace with the universe after just an hour of practice.
As a bonus, it also made me way stronger, more flexible, more in control with my thoughts and emotions, and a lot less likely to get injured or ill. Well, I guess you can say, Yoga is like armour that I put on before facing this crazy life of mine! HAHA
