What got you started?
What got me started was seeing first hand what happens to the human body when you don’t take care of it. We are more susceptible to illnesses when we have a bad diet and a low fitness level, this will not only affect your own health, but could also indirectly affect the well-being of your family.
What else do you do?
I try to incorporate all types of exercise into my workouts, gymnastics, weight-lifting, and bodyweight movements (including running)! The goal for me is to be well rounded in all types of movements and workouts!
Besides teaching HIIT classes, I use whatever time I have as a full-time student to improve myself whether it’s through reading, or observing the lives of the people around me. It can’t be put down into a few sentences, so feel free to ask me…. after attending class! 🙂
What do you love most about spreading the practice?
I love it when the students push through their mental barriers and see that their bodies are stronger than they think. The human body can do amazing things, but we always set limits to what we can achieve, myself included. So when I see the students breaking these barriers, it makes me feel really proud of them! My workouts aren’t easy but the students always prevail and make it to the end, so you can too!

How has your workout complemented your life?
Working out makes you feel better, look better, and feel more confident. The confidence has helped me when interacting with people and also with my presentations in school! It has also made my body healthier and stronger, and I don’t fall sick as much. Most importantly, the more I workout, the more I get to have my cheat meals! 🙂
