I'VE PURCHASED MY PACKAGE, HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?

Thanks for choosing to practice with us! You will receive a Welcome email upon your purchase where a Login ID is generated.

From there, follow these steps:

  1. Get on Mind Body Online (through your browser or download the mobile application)
  2. Click on ‘Need Password’ to create a password
  3. Sign in and start booking your slots!

I STILL HAVE CREDITS REMAINING, BUT I CAN'T SEEM TO BOOK A CLASS, WHY IS THAT?

When this happens there are a few possibilities:

  1. You already have another booking with us that overlaps the time-slot
  2. It is less than 2 hours before the start time of the class you are trying to book, when this happens, drop us an email at hello@theyoco.com and we’ll assist you from there

ARE YOUR CLASSES BEGINNER FRIENDLY?

Definitely! Have a look at our schedule here – the classes marked with a blue dot are our Beginner Friendly classes.

For Non-Beginner classes, we recommend at least a consistent practice of 3-6 months before trying them out!

DO I NEED SHOES FOR THE GYM CLASSES?

None of our classes require shoes to attend, so get comfortable!

DO I NEED TO BRING A MAT FOR YOGA CLASSES?

We have our non-slip YOCO Yoga Mats for you to use in our studio for you but you can bring your mat towel or get ours!

CAN I SHARE A PACKAGE WITH MY FRIEND?

ALL packages (excluding Buddy Packages*) are non-shareable, non-transferable, and non-refundable upon purchase.

We understand that life can get unpredictable at times, making commitments difficult – for that specific reason, there is No Expiry on our Class Packages**! Your membership with us keeps going until your classes run out!

*Buddy Packages are occasionally made available over Flash Sales, so keep your eyes peeled on our Instagram!

**If you currently hold an old package and would like to have it upgraded to non-expiry, drop us an e-mail at hello@theyoco.com and we’ll let you know the necessary procedure!

WHAT'S THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF BOOKINGS FOR A CLASS TO COMMENCE?

A minimum of 2 bookings is required to start a class, so book your mat beforehand.

In the event where there is only 1 booking, the class will be cancelled and you will be informed via email.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF BOOKINGS FOR EACH CLASS?

To make sure you receive the needed attention from our instructors, our Gym classes are kept to a maximum of 10 people and our Yoga classes are kept to a maximum of 16 people.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO A CLASS?

Cancellations have to be made at least 4 hours before the beginning of a class.

Late cancellations (less than 4 hours before beginning of class) will be subjected to a forfeiture of 1 class credit for each No-Show*

*For Class Pass Members: Class Pass policy applies.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR CLASS?

We encourage students to arrive at least 5 minutes before a class starts. To ensure every student warms up with the class before beginning their practice, we impose a 5-minute window after each class begins for late arrival admissions – attendees will be marked as ‘No Show’ if they fail to arrive within the 5-minute window.
